Mark Cave is a certified facilitator and long-time practising student of the natural flow of mindful energy that comes with Byron Katie’s The Work in NSW. He is experienced in the written exercises and introspection needed to enjoy a life led by genuine acceptance. Mark has carefully studied Byron Katie’s The Work for many years and it completely changed his life for the better. He now uses the lessons he’s learnt, and passionately shares them with others. What Can We Help You With
Byron Katie’s The Work teaches us to look inside to understand why we act the way we do in relationships. Whether it is with your partner or with family, negative thoughts can make you believe a reality that isn’t true about your relationship. A loving relationship, that is true, can be held back by stressful thoughts that create a believed judgement of what isn’t true. Mark has personally improved his own difficult relationship with his father and he can help you with your own. All it takes is asking yourself four questions about your relationship and guiding yourself through all the baggage in a relationship session.
Healthy self-awareness can help your experience of work team. The Work’s guided meditation with Mark Cave will help every important member of the team to become mentally healthier and more productive. Work environments can be incredibly stressful on the minds of everyone in them and we get so caught up with work that we forget the work we need to do on ourselves. Mark offers individual sessions to help individuals start the practise of self inquiry towards stronger emotional well-being. We can schedule intensive one-on-one sessions or a multiple day retreat to iron out the daily thoughts that put stress on our minds.

A weekly written meditation based on Byron Katie’s The Work. In groups of between 5 -10 people, we’ll all use the processes designed by Byron Katie to deeply question our stressful beliefs. Thoughts can be stressful but the worst of them can even make living painful. Think of these sessions as a regular way to reduce that pain and begin an existence where you know true acceptance.
Weekend spiritual event

My mission in life has been to share the joy and freedom I’ve enjoyed after 16 years of facilitating Byron Katie’s The Work with you. This is another group event where we’ll have a healthy mix of mental meditation and good physical exercise to give ourselves a fresh start. These two days, two-night excursions include the cost of accommodation, 3 nutritional meals and all guided sessions. For those interested in that extra bit of relaxation, you can pay extra for a massage or half day spa. There will also be daily yoga sessions.
